Fundraising Initiatives

The PTO is proud to invest directly in the experiences that help our students and teachers thrive. Donations make it possible for us to provide enriching programs, bring engaging assemblies to the school, support teachers and staff, enhance technology and equipment, and host community-building events that bring families together. Every contribution goes right back into strengthening our school community and creating opportunities that benefit every student.

 
How we raise funds...
Students, families, teachers, staff, and local businesses work together to accomplish these goals by:
  • Supporting our Duck Dash- FUN RUN!
  • Participating in Restaurant Nights
  • Buying Spirit Wear
  • Joining the PTO
  • Submitting Box Tops for Education 
  • Shopping at Harris Teeter, Amazon Smile, or other local and national retailers that give back to schools!

Know a Local Business? Sponsorship has many benefits! While helping our students, our sponsors will benefit from exposure to the families and friends of our 700+ Manor Woods Elementary School students. The logos of our generous sponsors will be on display throughout our various social media platforms. Donors contributing $250 or more (cash or in-kind) will also have their logo appear on the back of our FUN RUN T-shirts, which will be worn at the FUN RUN, on fields trips and all-around town for years to come by some of the cutest advertising representatives you could ever hope for!

The Box Tops App makes it easy and convenient to help our school!

 
 
In order to continue to receive money for our school, simply install the Box Tops app on your phone. Once you install the app, set up an account and pick Manor Woods as your school of choice. Each time you shop, use the app to take a picture of your printed receipt within 14 days of your purchase and the money will automatically be applied to our school. MABELS LABELS FUNDRAISER.

Who's getting ready for back to school?? Are you tired of all that new gear ending up in the lost and found?? And do you like supporting your kids' school and education, while ALSO getting something for yourself?? We are here to help solve that problem! Manor Woods PTO has partnered with Mabel's Labels, the best-known brand of durable labels for families - 20% goes back to the PTO.

Follow this link https://mabelslabels.com/ and click "Support a Fundraiser" in the top right corner and search Manor Woods Elementary School. The labels are dishwasher (so label those lunch containers) and laundry safe (hoodies and coats!)

Harris Teeter: Together in education

Harris Teeter’s Together in Education program is a fundraising program for schools (public or private – preschool through 12th grade) in our communities. The program gives customers a chance to earn funds for their school when they link their VIC card and sign up for or have an existing membership of HT Plus. Any customer can link their VIC card to support a school and earn money through the TIE Program! Schools use the money earned on anything they need from basic supplies to band equipment to computers.
